''We need to get out of here...Now!''

....A loud hissing echoed through the tunnels. Celty raised her head from the lifeless body, tears streaming down her face. "Wha-what was that?!" she squeaked, her voice breaking.

Mandarin paused, listening quietly. The sudden realization hit him and sent a wave of fear through him. "We need to get out of here....Now!" he ordered.

Celty gathered the boy's head in her arms, teasing her fingers through his hair. "But....but what about Chiro?" she cried, "We can't just leave him for those things!"

He grabbed her arm and pulled her to her feet. "I don't like it either, Celty." he said, "But we have no choice. He's already lost to us.....we must leave him." She bit her lip as another sob rose in her throat. The female knelt down once more and untied the knot in his scarf, then wrapped it around her arm.

She had been unable save him. He'd gone out fighting to protect his family. Antauri would be proud, and if she couldn't bring him back to his father, at least she'd bring him back something. She tightened the knot with her teeth and turned to Mandarin. "Let's hurry then, we have something to bring home." she said, anger and hatred beginning to glow in her eyes. "And we have someone to destroy afterwards."
